MATERIALS, TREATMENTS AND PROCESSES

• OE Quality – Brake pads are born from continuous research and accurate tests carried out in the laboratory and on the road for over 100 different compounds.
• Scorching – Surface heat treatment to ensure maximum efficiency even at the highest temperatures. It uses the technical specifications of original equipment.
• Substrate – Thermal insulator between pad, piston and brake fluid that absorbs noise and vibrations.
• OE pressing process – Pressing process with direct molding. The high pressure values allow the friction material to be glued to the metal support with maximum precision.
• Metal support with shim – Reduces noise while keeping braking safe. The various layers that make up the shim (rubber – steel – rubber) guarantee a further reduction of vibrations and noises.
