  • Product availability is indicated on the website; in the event of subsequent unavailability, the customer will be promptly informed.

  • Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and, where applicable, include VAT in accordance with current regulations.

  • Any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer (for non-EU orders).

  • We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer in advance, and other systems indicated at checkout.

  • An order is considered accepted only after payment has been confirmed.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • We ship within Italy and abroad using reliable couriers.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be indicated at the time of purchase.

  • Any delays due to force majeure (strikes, customs, natural disasters, etc.) are not attributable to the company.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

 

  • Consumers (B2C) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, extended to 15 daysunder our company policy.

  • Items must be returned intact, unused, uninstalled, and complete with original packaging.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized supplies, sealed products opened for hygienic reasons, or goods subject to rapid deterioration.

7. Legal Guarantee

 

  • All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity:

     

    • 24 months for private customers (B2C).

    • 12 months for purchases made with a VAT number (B2B).

     

  • In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under the law.

 

8. Liability

 

  • The company is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the improper use of purchased products.

  • Products sold are intended exclusively for sports or racing use (where specified) and may not be approved for road use. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compliance with local regulations.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
