Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy is drafted in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU, Italian Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005, and relevant international laws).

 

Order Processing and Fulfillment

 

• Orders are normally processed within 24–72 business hours from payment confirmation, for items available in stock.

• Some customized products or items not immediately available may require longer preparation times, up to a maximum of 20 business days. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed.

 

Delivery Times

 

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected courier.

• Within Italy, delivery generally takes place within 7–15 business days from shipment.

• For international deliveries, transit times may vary depending on the destination country, with an average of 7–15 business days.

• Any delays caused by customs clearance, security checks, strikes, or force majeure events shall not be attributable to our responsibility.

 

Shipping Costs

 

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to the customer before confirming the order.

• For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, or local charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipment Tracking

 

• All shipments are traceable. Upon dispatch, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to monitor the shipment.

 

Failed Delivery

 

• In case delivery is not possible due to the recipient’s absence, the courier will make additional attempts or leave a notice for collection at a designated pick-up point.

• After the scheduled attempts, the package will be returned to the sender. Any costs for reshipment shall be borne by the customer.

 

Damaged or Missing Products

 

• In the event of a damaged package, we recommend accepting delivery with reservation and immediately contacting our customer service.

• Any anomalies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
