At Extreme Italia s.r.o., customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return Policy has been drafted in compliance with the main international consumer protection regulations, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), and equivalent provisions in force in other destination countries.

 

Right of Withdrawal (Private Consumers)

 

  • Customers purchasing as private consumers (B2C) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.

  • As a company, we extend this period to a total of 15 days for the convenience of our customers.

  • The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is returned intact, not installed, not used, and not worn, including the original packaging and all accessories.

  • Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue a refund within the legal timeframe, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

 

Company Return Conditions

 

In addition to what is required by applicable law:

 

  • We only accept returns within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.

  • Returns of damaged, worn, installed, or non-compliant items will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

 

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

 

In accordance with international and national law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

 

  • Customized products or items made to the customer’s specifications.

  • Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.

 

Legal Guarantee

 

All products sold by Extreme Italia s.r.o. are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided under European and international consumer protection law:

 

  • 24 months for private consumers (B2C).

  • 12 months for purchases made with a VAT number (B2B).

    In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer is entitled to replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Return Procedure

 

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

  2. You will receive detailed instructions for the return shipment.

  3. Once the integrity of the product has been verified, the refund will be issued within the legal timeframe.
