RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

  2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by:

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided at the end of this page or submit any other clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract.

  1. Effects of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

  1. Return of Goods
    You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

The products must be returned:

  • Intact and in their original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories and documentation

  1. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

Activities Requiring Dyno Bench Reservation

Activities requiring the reservation of the dyno bench are subject to dedicated scheduling and involve the exclusive allocation of technical personnel and equipment.

Once the service has been confirmed and paid for, the reservation may only be rescheduled to a new date agreed upon with the customer. It cannot be cancelled with the right to a refund.

If the customer requests to cancel the reservation, an amount of €300.00 will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover the costs already incurred and the working time reserved for the service, corresponding to 4 hours of labor required for the preparation and execution of the scheduled activity. Any amount already paid in excess of this fee will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of this Refund and Returns Policy.

 

DIRITTO DI RECESSO E POLITICA DI RESO

1. Diritto di recesso Ai sensi del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo) e della Direttiva UE 2011/83/UE, hai il diritto di recedere dal contratto entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricezione della merce, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione.

2. Come esercitare il recesso Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, devi comunicarcelo prima della scadenza del termine tramite:

Puoi utilizzare il modulo standard di recesso riportato in fondo a questa pagina, oppure inviare qualsiasi altra dichiarazione esplicita della tua decisione di recedere dal contratto.

3. Effetti del recesso In caso di recesso, rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, incluse le spese di consegna standard, entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della comunicazione di recesso. Il rimborso verrà effettuato con lo stesso mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per l'acquisto.

Possiamo trattenere il rimborso fino alla ricezione dei beni o fino a quando non avrai dimostrato di aver rispedito i beni.

4. Restituzione della merce Devi restituire i beni entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione di recesso. Le spese di restituzione sono a tuo carico, salvo diverso accordo.

I prodotti devono essere restituiti:

  • Integri e nelle condizioni originali
  • Nell'imballaggio originale
  • Completi di tutti gli accessori e documentazione

5. Esclusioni dal diritto di recesso Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:

  • Beni realizzati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati
  • Beni che per loro natura non possono essere rispediti o rischiano di deteriorarsi rapidamente
  • Beni sigillati che non si prestano ad essere restituiti per motivi igienici e che sono stati aperti dopo la consegna

Attività con prenotazione del banco prova

Le attività che richiedono la prenotazione del banco prova sono soggette a una specifica pianificazione e riservano in via esclusiva personale e risorse tecniche.

Una volta che l'attività è stata confermata e pagata, la prenotazione può essere esclusivamente riprogrammata in una nuova data, concordata con il cliente, ma non annullata con diritto al rimborso.

Qualora il cliente richieda l'annullamento della prenotazione, verrà trattenuto un importo di 300,00 €, a titolo di penale/corrispettivo per i costi sostenuti e per il tempo di lavoro già riservato all'attività, quantificato in 4 ore di lavoro dedicate alla preparazione e all'esecuzione dell'intervento. L'eventuale importo eccedente già corrisposto dal cliente sarà rimborsato secondo le modalità previste dalla presente informativa.
