After long experience and collaboration with major Teams, the new line of forged pistons for T-JET ABARTH engines by CPS is born.

The new CPS pistons are produced using the best technologies,

in this type of forged piston, aluminum alloys with the perfect balance between silicon, copper, and nickel are used.

The choice of raw materials combined with the most modern design and production techniques gives CPS particular lightness and resistance for greater power, as well as engine durability.

CPS forged pistons are entirely conceived, developed, and manufactured in our factories.

The design phase is followed by tests on the dynamometer and on the track, in order to guarantee the best performance of the pistons, in accordance with our strict specifications for reliability and performance.

Particular attention is paid to the choice of compression and oil scraper rings: these are selected based on their tangential load and their shape, to ensure excellent sealing, avoiding the blow-by effect (leakage), without compromising smoothness.

The significant increase in power and the greater durability of the piston/cylinder are the tangible results of this meticulous manufacturing process.
