Works performed on the tuned turbo

A new Avional core assembly is installed in each tuned turbo and tested on a balancing bench at 180,000 rpm.

Each reassembled and oversized turbocharger is tested on a dynamic flow bench.

Intake turbine

A new core assembly with an oversized Avional fan, tested on a special balancing bench, is installed in each tuned turbine.
The performance design of the fan blades ensures greater air flow.
The intake manifold is enlarged and polished.
Reinforced shoulder.
Modified oil passage with enlarged holes for greater reliability.

Exhaust turbine.

The exhaust manifold is enlarged and polished.
A larger performance-design shaft is installed for greater performance.
