This turbo is not approved for road use but is intended for motorsport use only. The values indicated in the following steps refer to the maximum power output measured on test benches. In order for the car to reach these values, it is necessary to upgrade the injection system, the intercooler, the exhaust system, and the ECU mapping.

All components are individually balanced.
The core assembly is balanced on a CIMAT VSR bench.
The assembled turbo is tested on a CIMAT TurboTest flow bench, for adjustment of the minimum flow and geometry (where present) at all rotation speeds, with production of a graph showing the improvement compared to the original.
The turbo is supplied with a balancing certificate.

🔧 THE ADVANTAGES OF AVIONAL
Avional (or A2000) is an aluminum alloy with special properties (strength and lightness) that make it suitable for aerospace applications as well as for performance tuning.
The alloy is mainly composed of copper, with additions of magnesium and manganese, and its particular processing eliminates all oxidation defects normally present. The subsequent heat treatment gives Avional physical characteristics comparable to carbon steels.
The MFS Avional impellers are manufactured on 5-axis CNC machining centers that reach very high speeds to create aerodynamic blades, offering much higher performance compared to traditional ones. They do not use molds, which over time produce impellers with increasingly wider tolerances from the original design.
These technological solutions provide the best response to the engineering requirements of a modern performance turbocharger.
