FORD FIESTA MK8 TOP MOUNT KIT

Our billet aluminum top mount is a component that sits between the shock absorber and the body dome.

To improve steering precision and the structural strength of the system, particularly in the case of rigid setups, it is recommended to replace this part with one derived from motorsport: replacing the rubber with a uniball-type ball joint allows for increased steering precision and ensures better functioning of the spring-shock absorber unit.

Our kit also allows for camber adjustment up to approximately -2.2° with standard shock absorbers: increasing this angle allows for maximum tire contact patch during hard cornering, completely eliminating understeer on corner entry and allowing for very quick steering response.
